Why Kikuyu students learn here.
Kikuyu is the home of Concerto Music Place, and the saxophone is one of the most popular instruments through our doors. Lessons run from our campus at ACK Immanuel Church, where a beginner fits their first reed, finds a warm tone on the alto, and is soon reading and improvising over a simple blues. Being based here means flexibility: weekly lessons at the studio, a trainer to your home around Kikuyu, or live online. We get beginners started, advise on buying a reliable alto, and bring saxophone students into our monthly wind ensemble — where classical discipline and jazz freedom meet.
We've been teaching out of Kikuyu since 2016 — Concerto's roots are right here in this corner of Kiambu.
