Our story

Awakening passion, one student at a time.

Concerto Music Place began with a simple belief: that learning music should feel like walking into a warm, sunlit room — never intimidating. From our home at ACK Immanuel Church in Kikuyu, we've grown into a community of students and trainers across Kiambu, Nairobi and beyond — and we now welcome online learners from anywhere in the world.

What we stand for

Three values, one music.

01

Community.

A place that feels like home — small classes, personal attention, and a faculty that remembers your name.

02

Excellence.

Certified, passionate trainers; ABRSM-aligned curriculum; daily practice and discipline at the heart of it.

03

Joy.

Music should feel alive. We meet you wherever you are and grow with you — beginners to performers.

Recitals & events

More than a lesson — a stage, twice a year.

Every student gets a real audience, twice a year. These aren't optional add-ons — they're part of what makes the practice stick.

Tea Time Concerts.

An informal, relaxed recital over tea — parents and family gather to watch what their children have been working on all term. No grading, no pressure, just a proud audience and a real stage.

Christmas Carols.

Our December recital — students perform carols and seasonal repertoire together, solo and in ensemble, closing out the year on stage in front of family and friends.
