Why Milimani students learn here.
Milimani is old Nairobi — leafy plots, embassies and the law courts just west of the CBD. It's an established, quieter address where we see a mix of adult learners and primary-age children, often on piano and violin. Parking is easy and most homes have room for an upright.
We've been teaching out of Kikuyu since 2016 — Concerto's roots are right here in this corner of Kiambu.

04What ages and levels are welcome?+
Children from age 6, teens and adults — beginners to ABRSM Grade 8. The first lesson is a discovery session: you tell us where you're starting from and we plan from there.
05Do you prepare students for ABRSM Guitar exams?+
Yes. We're an ABRSM-aligned music school and run entries for guitar from Initial through Grade 8. Mock exam days are scheduled before each session.
06Do I need my own guitar at home?+
Helpful but not required to start. We have instruments at the studio for in-person lessons. If you decide to continue, we'll help you pick the right one to bring home.
07Can I switch from in-person to online if I can't travel one week?+
Yes. Tell your trainer 24 hours ahead and they'll set up the online room for the week. The session price doesn't change.
