Frequently asked
Our adjudicators include officially KMF-registered judges for some categories. Where we don't hold the formal registration, we use KMF-published rubrics + our trainers' KMF-coaching experience to deliver feedback at the same standard. Specific credentials shared at booking.
We try not to overclaim. If your festival has a category we can't credibly judge, we say so up-front and either propose an alternative or refer you to a colleague-adjudicator who can. Reputation > one-off booking.
For most school-internal festivals: one. For zonal KMF: typically 2–3 (one per category cluster). We can supply multiple from our pool for a single event.
Quoted per event. Variables: event duration, number of categories, number of entries, travel distance, whether per-entry written feedback is included. Written quote within one working day.
Yes — and we encourage it. Adjudicators who know your festival's history give more useful feedback. We hold dates for repeat festivals on request.
Written per-entry feedback sheets within 72 hours, emailed to the organiser as a single PDF bundle for distribution. We don't hand feedback to entrants directly unless specifically requested.
